About This Place

Welcome to Restaurante Benabarre, a delightful gem nestled on Calle Afueras, 28 in the quaint town of Benabarre, Huesca, Spain. Known for its charming bar atmosphere, this restaurant seamlessly combines the warmth of regional hospitality with a menu that celebrates culinary excellence.

As you enter Restaurante Benabarre, you are greeted by a comforting ambiance that feels both inviting and dynamic. Its strategic location alongside the road makes it an easily accessible pitstop for travelers and locals alike. Despite some initial concerns about the setting, visitors have consistently praised the quality of food and drinks, often being pleasantly surprised by the flavors served.

One of the standout features of Restaurante Benabarre is its Menu del Dia, highly acclaimed for delivering value and variety. Priced at an appealing 18.50€, this three-course offering includes generous portions of well-cooked dishes paired with wine, water, and bread. Many diners, like Chris Dowd, find themselves astonished not only by the quality of the food but also by the sheer size of each plate, ensuring that you leave satisfied and full.

Customer reviews highlight the exceptional service as a consistent theme, with patrons like Tere sinmás noting the organized and attentive staff, even late in the afternoon when many establishments slow down. The cleanliness and rapid service reflect the restaurant's commitment to an enjoyable dining experience without compromise.

However, one detail that remains a topic of discussion is the pricing. While some diners celebrate the extensive offerings, others like Maised Sabbir have raised concerns about the perceived value compared to the price point. Although the menu may diverge from expectations, the overall quality still shines through, making it worth considering for future visits.

We were surprised by the excellent quality of the food and drinks! Service was good, location next to the road therefore not very special.

Excelente servicio y comida. Limpio, organizado rápido en atención.

An outstanding 3 course Menu del Dia for 18,50 including wine, water & bread. Several choices for each course. Huge plates of good well cooked food. Absolutely stuffed afterwards. Highly recommend. We had two small dogs with us, and were able to dine in the large covered porch area, out of the wind or rain. We will be back when passing again in the future.

Good food but definitely not 10-20€ range as advertised. Menu alone is 25 per person with extra 5 for service if only 1 menu is consumed between 2 people. For the same price you could eat elsewhere with just as good food but have a menu per person. 4 star instead of 5 just because the price was higher than given the impression.
